Yeh case sabse famous hai Right to Privacy ke liye. High Court of Karnataka ne case ko allow kiya, phir bhi SC ne apne verdict ko badal diya. Supreme Court ne Right to Privacy ko fundamental right ke roop mein accept kiya, jo Indian Constitution ka Article 21 hai. Yeh decision India mein privacy ki khaas jagah aur right to privacy ke bare mein kai implications rakhne wali hai.
