Bhai, don't lose hope! Bharat Forge vs Workers is indeed a flawed precedent, ek chamatkaar case. It sets a bad precedent for employers to misuse the ESMA, exploiting their workers. But, yeh don't forget, it's a Supreme Court decision, toh humein isse learn karna hai. Agar aapko feel hoti hai ki workers ka haq nahin suna gaya, toh aapko humse nahi, SC se sammaan karna hai.
