Ye koi badi baat nahin hai, par maine pehle samajhne mein mushkil hai ki yeh 60 din kyu hain.

Hey, I totally disagree with the interpretation of Section 25. I think it's more complex than just being about 'reasonable grounds' for retrenchment. If that were the case, then the burden of proof of reasonable grounds would've been on the employer, not the employee. Section 25 is actually about requiring the employer to provide advance notice of retrenchment and compensate the affected workers, which is super important for labour protection.
