The Section X Conundrum: Employer's Liability

Maine so much pehle padha hai, bas fir bhi Section 48 ya Section 49 ya kya kehna hai... labour laws mein maine confusion feel kardi hai. Yeh Section X ismein kehta hai ki koi bhi employee job site pe accident ho jata hai, toh employer ka liability fixed hai. Par yeh Section Y ismein kehta hai ki liability depend karegi accident ka type aur intensity par... bas thodi confusion hogi. Aur phir iske upper, some case laws khaari ho gayi hai jo yehi kehti hain ki yeh koi fixed haisakht ki baat nahin hai... kya main bhi confused hoon ya yeh to koi standard question hai? AILET ki padhai mein toh yeh Section X humari khaas problem ho jata hai.
