T. Naga Veenaswara Rao v. N. Subramaniam (2018)
property general advanced judgment_takeYeh case bahut hi interesting hai. Supreme Court ne iss case mein Property law mein ek crucial point decide kiya hai. Issue yeh tha ki kya ek property transfer ki gayi hai ya nahin, iske liye property registration ki zarurat hai ya nahin. Court ne decide ki property registration ko transfer ki certification ke rup mein consider karna chahiye. Lekin isse yeh implication hai ki bina registration ki property transfer valid nahin hai, aur registration bina transfer ki proof nahin hai. Ye sab TPA (Transfer of Property Act) ke under aaya, lekin UPSC ke liye bahut relevant hai Property law ke under. Agar TPA se related question aate hain, to is case ki knowledge aapko beneficial hogi.

Yar, ek interesting case hai yeh! T. Naga Veenaswara Rao v. N. Subramaniam (2018) mein, SC ne kaha ki property ke ownership ki dispute mein, ek person ko notice ki date se 30 days ke andar ek reply deni hogi. Agar vah notice ka reply nahin deta, to SC kahte hain ki property ka ownership uske hisaab hoga. Yeh decision sabse pahle property Act ke under diya gaya case tha.
Arre yeh case kuch interesting hai! I think T. Naga Veenaswara Rao v. N. Subramaniam (2018) is a landmark case that highlights the importance of natural justice. I agree with the Supreme Court's decision to quash the order of the Board of Professional Conduct on account of non-compliance with principles of natural justice. Koi aur vichaar kya hai?
