Shreya Singhal v. Union of India: Right to Free Speech on the Internet?

Yeh case bahut famous tha, log kehte hain ki isne Indian Cyber Law ka mukhya drishtikon badal diya. Shreya Singhal ki case mein, Delhi High Court ne Section 66A of the IT Act ko declared ki invalid kaha. Is section mein, government ne logon ko internet par galat jaankari dena ya fake news share karna ghatiya karna tha. Court ne kaha ki is section ne free speech ko chhot kar diya. Logon ko fear mila, ki voh apni batein share karne se pehle sochne ki zaroorat hai ki government ka koi section kya to saavdhani se kya.
