Rohit ka salary jana kam ho jaata hai, aur vah apni family ki zaroorat nahi puri kar paata hai. Rohit nayak hai aur sochta hai ki company ne unka labour law ka haq toot diya hai. Kya ismein kya Labour Law ka application hai? Kya Rohit ko koi legal remedy milega?

Mujhe lagta hai ki Shramik Ka Haq ka vikas bina social security ka saman hai. Jab tak hum iske liye aazadi na deengay, tab tak shramikon ke haqon ko surakshit nahin kiya ja sakta hai. Humko isse zyada mehnat karni hogi, legislation ko badalna hoga aur social welfare system ko strengthen karna hoga.
