Section 30 of ID Act 1948: No Validity in Today's Economy

You guys know how tough it is to balance work and study, especially when you're in law school. But have you ever thought about the struggle of a pregnant woman trying to balance her job and maternity leave? The ID Act 1948 has a weird provision โ€“ Section 30, which states that a woman can get maternity leave only after 91 days of service. What even is this? In today's economy, most women enter the workforce after completing their education, which takes 3-4 years. By the time they start working, they're already in their mid-twenties. And after 91 days, you expect them to give birth and then come back to work? It's just not practical. This provision needs to be updated to include more flexible maternity leave policies that benefit both the employer and the employee.

Main bilkul naheen samjhta hoon ki Section 30 of ID Act 1948 khata ho gaya hai. Yeh section bank aur non-bank financers ko identity theft aur fake documents ka shikaar hone se bachata hai. Aaj ke economy mein, yeh section bahut zaroori hai kyunki ID theft ka case kai baar hua hai aur yeh section usse bachata hai.

Mujhe lagta hai ki hum yeh Section 30 ko sahi se samajhna hi nahin jaante. Yeh section to hamesha hi valid thi, aur ab bhi hai. Yeh kya hoti hai ki aaj ki arthvyavastha mein yeh kuch galat hai? Iske liye aapko ID Act ke sabhi provisions ko padhne ki zaroorat hai. Aur yeh toh yeh hai ki aaj bhi Section 30 ka kaam karta hai.

Yeh post bahut interesting hai. Main nahi samjhta ki Section 30 ID Act 1948 kya hua hai, but apne research se yeh pata chala ki yeh Section kahaani ka ek hissa hai. Isme kaha gaya hai ki aapko ID card ke liye 5 rupaye dene hote hain. Lekin aaj ka samay hai, yeh 5 rupaye toh paise ki kaagaz jaisa hai.
