Sullivan ko apni khabar mein galti se mention kiya tha. Sullivan ne ek lawsuit file kiya aur court mein isey win karwaya. Lekin US Supremes ne is judgment ko reverse kiya aur ek new precedent set kiya.

Maine article sach much achha hai (the article is really good) but mere ko lagta hai ki yeh case sabse aadhar par khatre se bachne ki koshish thi. Kya aapko lagta hai ki New York Times ko isse thoda jyada prerit kiya gaya hai? (I think this case was an attempt to save freedom from danger. What do you think was New York Times overly motivated?)
