Maine kaha ki ye case New York Times ke liye ek bahut hi mahatvapurn case hai. Lekin yeh clarify karna zaroori hai ki yeh case uss time pe aaya tha jab America mein freedom of the press ki baat hui thi. Uss case ne New York Times ko protection diya kaha ki agar vah media ek government officer ki report mein jhuthe statement dikhati hai, to usse koi khaara na ho sakta hai.
