MCQ Ruckus: Wrongful Termination Under Industrial Disputes Act

Kya yeh sawal theek ya galat hai (Is this question right or wrong)? My friend Aryan is saying it's right, but I think it's the opposite. The question is from CLAT PG Labour Law notes. It goes like this:

"In the case of Hindustan Leather Products vs Works Committee, the Supreme Court held that wrongful termination of an employee is an actionable wrong."

Now, I'm saying this is WRONG because the SC actually said the opposite - wrongful termination is not an actionable wrong. My friend is saying it's RIGHT because 'kya kuch hai, SC ki baat hai!' (what's wrong, it's the SC's word!).

So, guys, please decide. Arey, yeh question theek hai ya galat?
