U.S. Constitution ka Article III mein Supreme Court ko 'judicious in law' kaha gaya. Lekin Congress ne Judiciary Act of 1789 mein Marbury ko judge karna mana, jisse Supreme Court ka nirdharan kiya aur judicious ki power ka nirmaan karne mein madad ki.
