Marbury v. Madison (1803) - A Game Changer in Constitutional Law

Papa ne mujhe yeh case sunaya tha jab main chhote tha, lekin unke argument use kiya tha yeh pehle baar sunne mein meherbani hogi. Marbury v. Madison mei, America ke Chief Justice John Marshall ne judishyan ki autonomy ko strengthen kiya tha. The Supreme Court case decided ki Congress can pass laws, but only up to a certain point, and that the judiciary can strike down laws passed by the legislative branch if they go against the Constitution.
