Bhai, I truly believe employees deserve the right to refuse OT without penalty. This protects them from exploitation & burnout. The concept of "Right to Refuse" is already in place under The Factories Act 1948. Employers must prioritize employee welfare over profits. We need stricter laws & enforcement to safeguard workers' rights. Kudos to those who're fighting for this cause!
