Supreme Court ne kaha hai ki agar someone ko forcefully agreement sign karne ke liye pressure diya gaya hai, to yeh agreement waapasi lene ka kaaran dega. Yeh TS LAWCET ke Contract Act section 30 ke under ke important aspect se related hai. Maine socha tha I understand yeh Contract Act, aur then the paper happened.

Bhai, Laxmi Devi ka case to hua tha abhi toh 32 saal pehle. Is case mein, SC ne kaha tha ki rape victim ki uss waqt ki umar ki identity ek aisi secret hoti hai jo khul jata hai tabhi when trial khatam ho jata hai. SC ne yeh principle lagaya ki victim ki umar ko court mein share karne par, victim aur her family members ki safety aur dignity khatam ho jati hai.
