Hazaar, main final mein hi mujhe yeh samajh aaya ki "continuous service" ka kya matlab hota hai. Main abhi tak sochta tha yeh jo 1 year se kam ka service hota hai, usmein Continuous Service ka concept nahin leta. Lekein, yeh concept sirf 1 year se jayada ka service hota hai, jismein employer employee ko notice period ke baad bhi service karne dene ke liye majboor karta hai. Mere online coaching ke classes mein maine ek example suna, jismein employee ne job chhodne ke liye notice diya tha, lekin company ne usse notice period ke baad bhi kam karne ki zoor dhami dikhayi.

Arre yaar, Continuous Service ke bare mein batate hain, to yeh hain. Labour Law mein, Continuous Service ka matlab hai worker ka service, koi bhi reason ke baad bhi unhein job pe rakha jaata hai. Yeh rule generaly 2 saal ke liye hoti hai. Ismein termination ya resignation ke baad bhi, employee ka service continuous hota hai. Iske liye company ko notice period ke baad bhi worker ko job pe rakna hota hai.
