Labour Law Mock Test: My Disaster

Alright guys, I'm sharing my CLAT PG mock test experience on Labour Law. I got a measly 22 out of 50 marks in my last test and I'm still reeling from the shock. The question that really got me was about the burden of proof in a wrongful dismissal case under the Industrial Disputes Act. I got it wrong thinking that the burden lies with the employer, but it's actually on the employee to prove that they were unfairly dismissed.

I also messed up on the question about the applicability of the Shops and Establishments Act to online businesses. I thought it doesn't apply, but it actually does in certain cases. My weak areas are clearly Labour Law and Company Law, need to work on that ASAP. Wish me luck for the actual exam!
