Main toh pata nahi, kya Section 30 of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 hai ya kisi aur, lekin isme lagta hai ki iske do baaton ke beech clash hai. Ek side se, Standing Orders mein written order ka provision hai, jisse employee ko yeh pata hota hai ki company kya accept karta hai. Lekin dusri side, Section 33 ke under, company worker ko kam se kam 14 din ka notice diya karne wala hai, agar employee ko terminate kiya jaaye. Ab mera shayad kharaab logic hai, par main toh sochta hoon, kaise isme written order ka concept kaam karta hai, jab company ko notice ki zarurat hai? Koi bata sakta hai, ki main kaha galat hoon?

Additional Info: Labour law ka topic to thoda confuse kar deta hai, yaar. So, main yeh batana chahta hoon ki is sawal mein kewal concept of 'continuous service' ka application hai. Woh continuous service jo 112 days mein hota hai. Lekin yeh sawal isme to kuch aur bhi included karta hai - job-to-job continuity, koshish ka maamla, aur employee ko kya karna chahiye. So, carefully padhna hoga.
