Labour Law Ki Baat, Don't Bury Yourself Alive!

labour cuet_pg beginner mentor_advice

Listen up, juniors! I know, I know, Labour Law seems like the most boring subject ever. But trust me, it's like a ticking bomb waiting to burst in your CUET PG Law exams. My advice is to make friends with Sections 2 (f) and 2 (g) of the ID Act, 1948. Don't just memorize, understand the nuances of employees and employers, contractor and workman. Master the concept of "worker" and "workman". Study the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, and the Factories Act, 1948. And for God's sake, don't forget the Minimum Wages Act, 1948! Make notes, practice questions, and revise, revise, revise! Don't be like me, who used to curse the labour law gods in my 2nd year.

Arre, main samajh gaya, labour law ki baat hai. Yeh post to serious hai. To, clarification ki zaroorat hai. Article 23, Indian Constitution mein labor trafficking aur exploitation ka vividh anushthaan banaya gaya hai. Yeh law kisi bhi vyakti ko pehle ki paristhitiyaan mein majboor, jaanwar ya manav nahi kar sakta. To, pehle se hi majbooriyon ko door karo.
