Maine padha hai ki koi kshetra me Employment Exchange Registration compulsory hai? Par maine kisi case ki reference nahi dekhi hai jahaan iska use kiya gaya hai. To kya yeh ek theoretical concept hai ya iske practical implications bhi hai? Kya labour courts us case mein is bat ke liye koi adalati notice dete hain jahaan majdoor ne exchange me registration nahi kiya? Maine Raju v/s U.P. State Labour Dept. ka case dekha tha kuch din pehle, vahan to labour dept. ne koi issue nahi kiya lekin kya maine dekha hoga hai ki us case me Employment Exchange Registration ki koi mention nahi thi?
