Labour Law for Judicial Services - Help!

labour judiciary intermediate resource_request

Main to labour law ki padhai kar raha hoon, par yeh to kai ghanto se lag raha hai. Mere teacher ne kaha hai ki main CPC se bhi zyada confuse ho jaunga. Labour law ke bare mein kuch try kiya hai, lekin ab to bharosa nahin. Maine "Labour and Services Law" by Dr. S. Sivakumar ko read kiya tha, par yeh to bahut complex tha. Fir "Labour Law for the Indian Judiciary" by K. S. Chandrasekhar ko dekha, par yeh to bhi kai ghante lelega. Video lectures nahin sunne chahta, lekin kisi nayi jagah se kuch link de do plz. Koi notes ya book jaise hai jo bahut accha hai, uska naam batayein.

Arre bhai, don't worry about labour law for judicial services. You're likely thinking of All India Services (AIS) and Central Civil Services (CCS) rules. Judicial services come under AIS, and their recruitment is governed by separate rules. You should check the UPSC website for details. Also, check the Judicial Officers' Association of India for any updates on labour laws.

Arrey, you can't generalize Labour Law as one subject for Judicial Services. See, Labour Laws are multiple, like ID Act, EP Act, Maternity Benefit Act, etc. Each has its own specificities. And then, you have to consider amendments too. So, it's not just about studying one law, but understanding the nuances and implications of all these laws. It's a bit complex, but with proper guidance, you can crack it. First, make a list of major Labour Laws and then dive deep into each.
