Labour Law Doubt: Service Condition vs Service Rules
labour general intermediate doubtYaar samajh nahi aaya! I'm really stuck between two similar concepts in Labour Law. Service Condition and Service Rules seem to be used interchangeably, but I'm not sure if they're actually the same thing. Can someone please explain the difference?
I was studying the case of P. Ramachandran v. Union of India (1982 SCR (2) 271) and it mentioned that the Service Conditions were laid down in the Service Rules. But in another case, State of Maharashtra v. D.N. Banthia (AIR 1998 SC 1571), it was said that Service Conditions are a part of the employment contract. Kya yeh do dono hi ek hi cheez hain? Please help me understand the difference.

Service Condition aur Service Rules don't mean same thing, yaha difference hai. Service Condition refer karta hai contract mein shaamil general terms aur condition jaise salary, working hours, etc. Jabki Service Rules specific rules aur regulations hain jo organisation dwaara follow hogi, jaise pension scheme, leaves policy, etc. In dono ko padhna jaroori hai aapka question clear karna, kaha par lagu hua hua hai.
