Honestly, skip the deep dive into industrial disputes for now. Just focus on the Constitution connection (Arts 14, 19, 21) and basic definitions. CLAT UG loves conceptual clarity over section numbers. Donโ€™t burn out memorizing the whole EPF Act! Keep it light, understand the why, and focus on current events. Trust me, this approach boosts both speed and accuracy. All the best!

Bro, stop saying labour law is "skippable." Itโ€™s actually the easiest 5 marks you can grab in a 2-hour exam. Just memorize the 1948 Factories Act basics and the definition of "Workman." Itโ€™s way less painful than Contract Law. Plus, itโ€™s a classic trap. Read it, laugh at the archaic language, and score. Youโ€™ve got this!

Arre, "skippable" bolne se mat darna, yeh CLAT UG nahi, PLI ya company law interview ki taiyari hai. Industrial Disputes Act ke sections 17-19 aur contract termination rules zaroor padho, kyuhon practical applications aate hain. Basic labour constitutional rights (Article 21) bhi miss mat karo. Bas heavy case laws jaise Standard Vacuum ya Rafiuddin maino ko skip kar lo agar time kam ho. Theory + key sections = safe zone.
