Maine CLAT UG Labour Law se lagbhag 40-50 marks lekar aaya tha, aur coaching notes aur videos ka combination help karne wala raha.
Sujhavon ke hisaab se, yeh crash course good hai. Sushil sirka emphasis parichit companies, labour welfare, aur important judgments par hota hai. Abhi ke study material mein kaafi changes ho gaye hain, lekin coaching notes mein kuch outdated information bhi hai.

Hey guys, I completely agree with your review of Labour Law Crash Course by Sushil Aggarwal! I found the book informative, but the sections on Minimum Wages Act and Payment of Wages Act could have been more detailed. Kudos to the author for simplifying complex topics. Would love to hear more feedback from you all, especially from those who've taken the course
Agar tumhare paas book hai toh dekho, sirji Sushil Aggarwal ka labour law crash course kitna accha hai, lekin kuch cheezain to usme thodi galti hai. Uss book mein section 2(o) kaha nahi aaya hai, jahaan "employee" kya hai voh define kiya gaya hai. Bilkul sahi baat hai ki is book ko padhne ke baad apni yaad mein rakho aur fir se padho
Arre, thanks for the review! I attended his session last year and I felt it was a decent start, but yeah, few areas could've been covered in more detail. Like, he barely touched upon the changes in the EPFO scheme, which is super relevant to many of us. Overall, useful tips, but not comprehensive enough. Still, nice try by Sushil Sir, and would be great if he updates his course.
