Recently, Kerala High Court mein ek case aaya, jahaan ek woman ne court mein case file kiya ki unki ex-partner ki online presence khatam ho. Unki aurat ko yeh sharam aati thi ke woh uske parivaar ke saath online rehte hain, isliye usne court mein appeal kiya. Court ne is case ko accept kiya, aur phir "right to be forgotten" ke concept ko apply kiya.
