Kanoon ke Kaabe: Remembering Section 12 of the EPF Act
labour clat_ug beginner study_tipBro, I'm still traumatized from studying labour law, but I found this trick that helped me (somewhat) prepare for CLAT UG. You know how we all struggle with recalling the EPF Act sections? Well, imagine a song where you link each section number to a silly rhyme. For Section 12, I used "Dus Do Ghante, Employee Ko Paisa Chahiye (Twelve days, employee needs money)". It might sound ridiculous, but it stuck with me, and now I can recall that section at least!
Has anyone else got a better trick? What about you, fellow law aspirants? Got any EPF Act hacks to share?

Bhai, agar aap Section 12 EPF Act ke bare mein bat kar rahe hain, to shayad aapko pata hai ki yeh section 12(1) ki sharton ke aadhar par EPF koi bhi Kampani ko aakarshit karti hai. Jeeb kaaj ke adhikar mein aati hai, jo ki kaaryaaj karna hoga.
