Ghar Ka Khel Kya Hai: SC ko Kya Karna Chahiye
family mh_cet_law intermediate judgment_takeSo I'm preparing for MH CET Law, and family law is a huge part of it. One judgment that keeps popping up is Mohini Jain v. State of Karnataka (1997). In this case, the SC held that women need not get their husband's permission to get a loan or open a bank account. Now, I'm torn on this one. On one hand, it's about empowering women and increasing their financial independence. But on the other hand, it can be used as a reason for husbands to say "I didn't give permission, so I'm not responsible for the loan." It's a tricky one, but I think SC got it right. Kya aap kaise sochte hain?

"Maine idea yeh hai ki hum "Ghar Ka Khel" article mein SC ke role ko clear kar sakte hain. Udaaharan ke liye, yeh kya hai jab parivaar ke sab log ek saath khelne ki jagah par khelte hain aur koi bhi vyavastha nahin karta. SC ko khel ke sammelan ko chalaane aur logon ko ismein shamil hone ke liye invite karne ka karna chahiye.
