Employment Termination aur Labour Laws mein kaafi confusion hai!

Maine socha hai ki unki employment ka contract kitna time ke liye hota hai, but kuch cases mein maine dekha hai ki unka contract 6 months ke bhi kam time ke liye hota hai, aur phir bhi unke paas termination ki koi notice time nahi hoti hai! Maine suna hai ki unke paas 3 months ka notice period hota hai, lekin ismein koi confusion hai kyonki iske baad bhi employment khata nahi hota hai. Maine padha hai ki 3 months ka notice period sirf unke liye hai jo 2 years se zyada kaam kiya hai, lekin maine koi example nahi paya hai jiska yeh apply ho sakta hai. Please help!
