Cramming Labour Law for CLAT and Still Losing My Mind

Till date, I don't think I've ever felt this defeated. We were doing great, my squad and I - covered all the key Acts, made mnemonics, the works. But when it came to applying labour laws to scenarios, everything went downhill. I mean, how many times can you recite the Employees' Compensation Act (ECA), 1923 and still not know its actual impact? We didn't practice application-based questions; instead, we focused on theory. Big mistake. Now, I'm stuck on Chapter 3 of Labour Law, and it's like trying to understand a KKR bowling strategy during a IPL season - just doesn't click. I've changed my approach - started with practice questions and building a bank of real-life scenarios. Fingers crossed, it'll somehow magically make sense now.
