Contract vs Service: What's the Difference?

Maine socha tha I understand Contract, and then the paper happened 💀. Ab kuch confusion hai labour law mein. Kya aap logon se poochh sakta hoon kya yeh dandein sahi hain ya galat?
Option 1: Contract labour ka matlab hai ki employee ka contract ek nirdharit samay ke liye hai, jismein employee ko company ki services dene mein sakriya roop se involved hota hai. Lekin service wala labour ka matlab hai ki employee company se nirdharit samay ke liye kaam karta hai, lekin unke services ka use company apne business mein karna hai.

Arre bhai, contract aur service mein difference to bahut hi hai! Contract aik aisa agreement hai jo dwaara dwaar transaction ko bind karta hai, jabki service aik aisa kaam hai jo ek company ya individual deta hai. Contract ke under transaction ko nishchit kiya ja sakta hai, lekin service ka guarantee nahin hai. Toh kya aapko lagta hai ki kya difference hai?
