Maine to kabhi tak nahi socha tha ki koi Section to hai jo apne aap ko reject karta hai. Section 9A aur Section 31A donon me se koi bhi khaas situation mein adhikar do sakta hai. Bas kya hai ye kaaun khaana hai. Agar main ek worker hoon aur main apne majdoor union se aapne kaam ke conditions improve karne ke liye demand karta hoon, to kya Section 9A aur Section 31A donon me se koi bhi mera case support karega?

Arre, yaar, collective bargaining ke matter mein confusion to hai, kyunki dono sections ka connection hai unionisation ke saath. Section 9A mein compulsory unionisation aur Section 31A mein voluntary unionisation hai. Agar union compulsory hai, to baaki members ko bhi union join karne ke liye majboor karne ka power hai, lekin agar union voluntary hai, to members apne choice se join karte hain.
