Confusion aur labour law ke rules mein

Main socha hoon, labour laws mein kya hota hai. Humne yeh padha ki employment contract mein minimum wages, overtime, aur paid leave ke rules hote hain. Lekin meri problem yeh hai ki woh rules kab apnaya jata hai, aur kaise. Koi case hai jahaan court ne company ko kaha ki unhone labour laws ka apnaan nahi kiya tha, to un par kya penalties aur fines lagti hain.

Meri teacher ne bataya ki ESI (Employee State Insurance) ka concept bhi labour law ke under aata hai. Iska matlab yeh hai ki employee ko medical benefit aur disability benefit milta hai, lekin kya company uska ESI contribution nahi paid karte, to un par kya penalty lagti hai?

Arre ye labour law ke rules to bahot jatil hain. Main to aapko ek example dunga. Agar koi employee isme shaam 5 baje se 8 baje tak kaam karta hai, toh uska working hours hai 3 ghante. Lekin, agar uske paas lunch hour bhi hai, toh uske working hours mein 30 minute ka lunch hour bhi shamil ho jaata hai. Toh uske total working hours honge 3.5 ghante.
