Concept of 'Employer-Employee' Relationship in Labour Law as a Cricket Match

Okay yaar, picture this: a cricket match. The captain (team owner) hires a player (employee) to play for his team. Now, this player has a contract with the team, specifying how much he'll earn, how many matches he'll play, and what his role is on the field. If the player doesn't meet the terms of the contract, what happens? He's benched, and if he still doesn't perform, he might get fired. Similarly, in Labour Law, the employer-employee relationship is all about the contract between the two parties. The employer (captain) has certain duties towards the employee (player), like providing a safe working environment and paying him his due wages. And the employee, he's got duties too, like showing up to work on time and following the team's rules.
