BNSS ke Niche SC ka Judgement: Navtej Singh Johar vs Union of India

Yeh judgement bahut hi interesting hai, mujhe toh abhi tak clear nahi hai. SC ne IPC mein section 377 ko unconstitutional declare kiya hai, jisse gay sex ko allowed kiya gaya hai. But yeh case BNSN (British North-Western States Negotiable Securities) se related nahi hai. Ab mere brain mein yeh sawal aata hai, agar IPC mein section 377 band hai toh kya uske related sections 300, 304 aur 302 mein bhi change hai? Aur kya iske result BNSS (British North-Western States Securities) mein bhi affect hoga?
