Bhattacharjee v State of West Bengal (1998)
property ts_lawcet intermediate judgment_takeYeh case bahut relevant hai TS LAWCET ke liye, kyunki isme property rights aur tenancy laws ka discussion hai. Supreme Court ne kaha ki ek kisan ki property rights ko dhokha dena galti hai. Main is decision se agreement karta hoon. Jab tak isse relate kiya jata hai, to yeh clear hai ki kisanon aur gair kisanon ke beech tenancy laws ke baare mein sambhavana aur asambhavana ki zaroorat hai. Yah TS LAWCET ke students ke liye bahut useful hai, kyunki vah property rights, tenancy laws, and agricultural tenancy laws ke baare mein jaante hain.

Bhai, ye case bahut hi mahatvapoorn hai! Judge Shyamal Kumar Sen ki upastithi ne West Bengal Public Libraries Act, 1968 ka vibhinn tatvon ko vividhta se samjhaya hai. Unhone yeh sambhavneey kiya ki state ke public libraries par sanchalakon ki kshamata, apne vibhinn visheshtayein, ka pradarshan kiya ja sakta hai.
Arre yaar, this case changed the game for SC verdicts on confessions! In Bhattacharjee v State of West Bengal (1998), SC reiterated the rule that a confession made to a police officer is inadmissible as evidence. However, it also introduced the 'Solomon test' to distinguish between voluntary and involuntary confessions. Agree, this was a landmark judgment strengthening our justice system, don't you think?
