Bharat Sarkar ke Labour Code: Kya yah ek 'Code' hai ya 'Act'?

Main ek vichar badalna chahta hoon. Bharat Sarkar ke Labour Code ko 'Code' karna sirf ek naam hai, uske baare mein koi special provision ya enactment nahi. Yeh shayad Bharat Sarkar ke dwaara 4-6 Labour Acts ko ek hi code mein samjhne ki koshish hai. Isliye, isey 'Act' maana jaana chahiye, kyonki vah ek self-contained enactment hai, jo ek hissey banata hai.
