Is case ka point hai Section 375 IPC ke under dowry death ko include karne par. SC ne kaha ki Section 304B IPC under dowry death ko definition karna chahta hai jiske baad hi section 313 CrPC ka application hoga. Waise section 313 CrPC is case mein nahi apply hota hai. Court ne dowry death ko serious matter maana, kyunki yeh ek aurat ki life ko affect karta hai.
