constitutional clat_ug beginner study_tipI used to struggle with all those Articles of the Constitution in CLAT UG prep, but then I stumbled upon a trick that literally helped me memorize the entire list of Fundamental Rights - the '7 Sanchaar' method. Essentially, I linked each right to a word starting with 'S' to create a chain of sorts:
1. Sabka (Right to equality) - Article 14 2. Swapna (Right to freedom of speech and expression) - Article 19(1)(a) 3. Sahayata (Right to life and liberty) - Article 21 4. Swasthya (Right to protection from forced employment) - Article 23 5. Swaraj (Right to freedom of movement) - Article 19(1)(d) 6.

Arre yaar, main toh jaanta hoon ki aapke question ka connection kya hai... Abhi toh main samajh hi nahi raha, lekin aap batao to samjh sakta hoon. Pehle aapke question ke bare mein little detail do, toh main aapko thodi si help kar sakta hoon. Koi specific case or judgment hai toh bataao, main usse dekha sakta hoon.
"Ye toh ek bahut hi vishay hai. Mein to main kaha tha ki yeh Section 498A kaa vishesh sandesh hai. Agar kisi kaa ek parivaarik sangharsh ho raha hai toh ismein yeh dabaav vyavastha ka upyog karne se pahle dhyaan do ki uska dhang kya hai.
