Mujhe kaha jaata hai ki Law of Torts mein sabse mushkil part tortious interference hai, lekin ek formula ne meri zindagi ko aasani se banadi. Yeh formula hai: - P vs D (pure interference), - P vs D (indirect interference), - P vs O (interference with a third party).

Iska matlab hai, agar P ke saath D ka direct interference hai to pure interference hai, agar indirect interference hai to indirect pure hai, aur agar P ke saath interference koi third party (O) ke saath hota hai to P vs O.
