Why is this Rule 90 of Evidence Act so bloody hard to grasp?
Ismein yeh bhi aata hai ki agar use reject karna hai toh yeh statement humesha present hameshaa reject karo ya phir hum present hameshaa reject karo...

Bas, main bhi samajhne ki koshish kar raha hoon lekin is rule ko samajhna mushkil hi nahi, rather impossible lag raha hai. Kyunki isme unkaam ke baad samarpit aur nishkarsh ke beech ki sambandh ke baremein kuch vistrit vikalp diye gaye hain. Lekin agar hum ek baar isme sab kuch kaafi detail mein padhe to phir yeh rule thoda asaan lag sakta hai.
Bhau, don't worry, Rule 90 of Evidence Act is like a puzzle, it needs some time to solve. It's all about relevancy and its exceptions. Try breaking it down step by step, and practice with examples. Trust me, once you get the hang of it, it'll be a cakewalk. Also, don't forget to read the surrounding sections, it'll help you understand the context. Good luck, keep trying!
