Which One's the Right Answer? IPC Abetment vs BNS Abetment

Main topper ka question padhke khud ko confuse kar gaya hoon, aap sabhi ka help chahiye. Main CUET PG Law ka exam de raha hoon aur is criminal law ke chapter mein abetment ka topic aaya hai. Abetment ka kuchh to main samaj gaya hai, lekin IPC ke section 107 aur BNS ke section 107 mein kya difference hai, yeh toh main samajh nahi paya. Iske liye do cheezon ka example diya ja raha hai:
