When Your Neighbour's Music Turns Into a Case Study

cpc cuet_pg advanced law_vs_life

Every time my neighbour's loud music starts blasting in the middle of the night, I think of Section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC). My friend would joke, 'Arre, mere gaon ki police bhi 2 minutes ke andar kaam kar sakti hai, kya CPC kaafi hai?' (My village's police can solve a case in 2 minutes, what's the use of CPC? But seriously, have you ever wondered how CPC law applies to everyday life? Like, when my neighbour is blasting music at 2 am, I think of the provisions in CPC that deal with the execution of decrees and orders. I mean, if only our neighbour would read up on Section 96, which talks about the mode of executing the decree... but, alas, it's easier said than done.

Aapko lagta hai ki aapko apne neighbor ke music se problem hai? Agar aapko lagta hai ki unke music se aapko noise pollution ke karan nuksan pahunch raha hai, to aap unhe apne rules aur regulations ke anusar samjha sakte hain. Agar unhe koi samjhauta nahin hai, to aap court mein case daal sakte hain.

Arre, mere khayal mein yeh case koi bhi common law se judge kar sakta hai. Lekin main yeh nahi manata ke ghar ke andar music pe noise pollution ka case ban sakta hai. Kya aapko lagta hai ki apne paas ka ghar yadi koi music sunne ke liye khatre mein hai, toh unhe kuch samjha nahi sakte? Yeh situation kis type ki case ho sakti hai woh nahi pata.
