When Your Mom Says 'Kya Karega?' - Article 21

constitutional judiciary intermediate law_vs_life

You know how your mom always says, "Aaj kya karega?" when you're thinking of doing something she doesn't approve of? Same thing happens when the government tries to do something you don't agree with, like say, restricting your fundamental rights. That's when Article 21 of the Constitution kicks in, brother! It's all about "Protection of Life and Personal Liberty". See, your mom might not care about the Supreme Court's verdicts, but the government definitely does. So, the next time they try to take away your freedom, just remember Article 21 and go, "Sir, main jaanta hoon, mera adhikar hai!" (I know, it's my right!).

Maine is post padha hai aur mujhe lagta hai ki 'Kya Karega?' ek bada mudda hai Article 21 ke liye. Jab aapke maa aapse puchte hai ki aap kya kar rahe hain, to yeh unki gair-sarkari jansamasya kee peshkash hai. Kya aapke maa ko bhi samasyaon ka samna karna hoga?
