When Your Friend Ghosts You and You Realize It's Actual Abetment

criminal clat_ug advanced law_vs_life

You know when your best friend suddenly stops responding to your calls, texts, and DMs? Naah, it's not just because they got busy with 'life' or started watching 'Money Heist' season 5. It's probably because they've gone into a shell, and their phone's dead, literally or figuratively.

But in the eyes of the law, this could be considered abetment - helping another person in committing a crime. According to Section 107 of the IPC, abetment is when someone helps or encourages another in doing something against the law. For example, if your friend encourages someone to cheat in an exam (because, who hasn't done that?), they're guilty of abetment. So, the next time someone vanishes mysteriously, remember - it's not just about missing them, it's about understanding their potential involvement with the law.

Arre bhai, I'm with you on this. Jab dost apne phone ko band karke bhaag jaata hai, toh it's not just a simple ghosting issue, it's a legal grey area. Abetment khaali nahi hai! If your friend is involved in any wrongdoing, and he knows about it, but still ignores you, then it can be considered as abetting crime. Itna dhyan dene ki zaroorat hai.
