When Your Boss is a Pain, You Can't Kill Him (Abetment of Suicide)

You know when your boss is breathing down your neck, you can't even take a break, and you fantasize about getting rid of him? Chill, it's not like you can really kill him. Okay, but what if I told you that if your boss is making you feel so low, you might actually abet his own suicide? Yeah, it's a thing. According to Section 309 IPC (Attempt to Suicide), if your boss is feeling so miserable working with you that he tries to kill himself, and you don't stop him, that's abetment to suicide (Section 306 IPC). Now, don't go thinking this is a good excuse to slack off, but hey, if your boss is driving you both to desperation, there are better ways to handle it. Just saying.
