When Traffic Jam Turns Into a Constitutional Debate

Abhi mere dost nahi hai, lekin jab traffic jam mein traffic police wale sahab baithkar apne phone se video recording kar rahe the, toh mere andar Section 33 of the General Clauses Act ka shabd aaya - 'Act done in good faith'! Kya hai yeh? Yeh kaha hai ki agar koi aadmi apni duty ke dauraan kuch galat karta hai, lekin usse yeh pata nahi tha ki yeh galat hai, toh use protection milega.

Meri aapki point bhi hai! (That's a valid point too!) Traffic jams and constitutional debates may seem unrelated, but think about it - both involve our fundamental rights. Right to movement under Article 19 is infringed when stuck in a jam. Similarly, right to clean environment under Article 47 is compromised when pollution causes jams. It's time sab log ek saath aayein (come together) for a better India.

Bilkul, traffic jam ka sabse bada mazaak hai ki yeh hamara Constitution bhi discuss karta hai. Lekin yeh baat dhyan se dekhi jaani chahiye ki SC ka faisla sirf traffic kanoon ke liye thodi si mehnat karne wala nahi tha, balki yeh hamare fundamental rights ki pehchan krane ka saboot tha - apne ghar tak ghunghat me pahunchne ka adhikar!
