When Traffic Cops Get Too Attached...

constitutional judiciary beginner law_vs_life

Dekho, you're just trying to go to college or office on time, and suddenly your traffic cop friend is blocking your way because he's got a 'personal vendetta'. He's not just enforcing the law, he's got an emotional attachment to the parking spot you just took. That's when I think of Article 14 - Equal Protection of Laws. Kya yeh cop ko kya hua? Shouldn't he be blind to your identity and just be enforcing the law?

And this applies to Judicial Services too, guys. As a potential magistrate, you gotta keep your cool when a litigant comes at you with a 'my friend is being discriminated against' story. You gotta separate the personal from the professional and apply the law equally to all. Easy peasy, right?

Abhi toh aapka sawal yah hai ki Traffic Cops Get Too Attached... Mujhe lagta hai kuch aisa nahi ho sakta, Traffic Police ke liye public ko sahi jagah par rakhne ka kaam hai, woh attached nahi ho sakte. Inka kaam hi highway par traffic ko control karna aur logon ko safety ke liye rakhna hai. Woh attachment ke madhyam se public ko nahi, traffic ko manage karte hain.
