Arrest hai toh police kuchh nahi kar sakta, sirf kanoon ka paalan karta hai. CrPC 41 ka section kahaan dekhna chahiye - Police ko police officer ke paas arrest karne ka adhikar hai jab woh aam taur par kanooni dikhayi de, yaar.
