crpc_bnss general advanced doubtYaar samajh nahi aaya, koi bataye... What's the difference between Section 41 CrPC and Section 102 BNNS (for Delhi cops)? Both are related to arrests, but one is a magistrate's order, the other a police officer's, right? But then why are people arguing that Section 102 is like an advance permission for arrest? Can someone explain how a Section 41 CrPC arrest is different from a Section 102 BNNS arrest? I've been reading up on this, and I'm honestly confused. Like, Arnab Goswami's emotional outbursts in court are less confusing than this.

Main bolta hoon ki yeh discussion sahi jagah hai, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki apko section 41 CrPC aur section 102 BNNS ka samna nahi karna chahiye. Ye dono sections purety pe alag hain. Section 41 ki wajah se police aapko khada kar sakti hai, lekin agar woh apne power ka misuse kar rahi hai, toh hum unka khilaaf section 156 (3) CrPC ka use kar sakte hain.
