When My Mom Doesn't Feed Me On Time, I Think of 'Due Process'
constitutional judiciary intermediate law_vs_lifeTumhari ma jaldi khana nahi deti, to main sochta hoon ki agar court mein bhi yahi hai, to 'due process' kaisa hai? My mom is the most litigative person in our household. Every day, I give her reminders for lunch, but she's all like, "Beta, main apne saath kaam kar rahi hoon, tum bhi thoda patience kar lo." And I'm all like, "Pata hai, but hunger ka case hai, ma!" But seriously, due process is about following a fair procedure, so we can't just force-feed me lunch, right? My pa (dad) says he'll take me to the Supreme Court if I don't get my food on time. I guess that's a pretty high bar for 'due process'!

Arre, ye post ka maza aa rha hai, lekin seriously, main to think karta hoon ki yeh analogy theek se nahi laga hua hai. Due process ke bare me to sab jaante hain ki yeh procedural fairness ke bare me hai. Meri ma ki late feeding ka issue procedural unfairness kis baat ka hai? Lagta hai yeh analogy thoda forced lag rha hai. But abhi to bas comment hoon, apko meri theory yaanhi padhi ho!
