When Landlord Keeps Threatening Me, I Think of Sec 106 TPA (transfer of property act) 106

You know how landladies can be sometimes? One day they're all smiles, next they're giving you an eviction notice. I was like that once, but I knew my rights. My mom told me, "Beta, koi bhi majbur ni hai apna ghar chhodna." (No one's forced to leave their house.) Sec 106 TPA 106 says if a landlord gives you a notice, it has to be in writing with a specific reason. You also have to be given a specific time to vacate. So, next time your landlord's been pestering you, just tell them, "Chal ke liya hai to ek notice le aao!" (If you're going to evict me, bring a notice!)

Arre bhai, TPA ke Section 106 mein kuch aur hai, jaan ke liye. Ye Section hai property ka transfer karne ke baad landlord ki duties aur responsibilities ke baare mein. Jab landlord apne rights ko protect karta hai, to is section ke under use kar sakta hai. Lekin threat karne ke liye nahi. Usske liye police contact kare ya lawyer ka sath le.
